Welcome to Green Roots — I’m so glad you’re here.

After eating meat for 20 years, I decided to become a vegetarian because of my love for animals and the environment. I had to relearn how to create satisfying, balanced meals using plants as the foundation. I discovered that great cooking isn’t about whether a dish includes meat — it’s about the flavors, textures, and creativity you bring to it.

Now, I’m excited to share that same love of cooking with my community through dinner parties, meal prepping, or sourdough bread!
